Contact
Every question about shadertown goes to the same place: [email protected]. It is read by a person, and answered in a working day or two.
Support and licensing
Write about anything that touches your account: a shader that will not install, a plan that has not unlocked, an invoice you need reissued, or a licensing question the licence page does not answer. Include the shader slug and, if a command failed, what it printed.
Billing runs through Polar as merchant of record, so a refund or a VAT correction is something we ask Polar to do — write here first and we will take it from there.
Privacy requests
Requests under the GDPR — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or an objection — go to [email protected] as well, and are answered within one month. The privacy page sets out what is held and why before you ask.
Bugs in the shaders
A shader that renders wrong, a control whose range is off, or a CLI that misbehaves is a bug in the shadertown package. Those are best filed as issues on the public repository, where they are tracked in the open and fixed in a release. Anything you would rather not say in public can come to the mailbox instead.
Where we are
shadertown is operated from the Netherlands. There is no walk-in address and no phone line — email is the only channel, which is why it is the one that gets answered.
